Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for
shipping damages. If the product you received appears to be damaged from
the outside or if you discover any damage while the driver is there,
you should mark such damage on the delivery
receipt and/or bill of landing. The driver must write down next to your
signature, that the items are being accepted, but they are damaged. You
must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any shipping damages. We cannot
take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point.
If the product you received has manufacturing defects,
contact us within 48 hours and we will get the item replaced or fixed. If you
just want to return the defective item a restocking fee will apply.
You must call us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) at
1-888-954-2284. Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the
box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused and customer
will be responsible for shipping charges going back to the customer.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your
shipment.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS
SHIPPED BY THEBATHROOMDEPOT.COM. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER
THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
There is a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges on
merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or
damage. If the product received is defective or damaged, The Bathroom
Depot will replace the item.
We cannot accept returns for items damaged in transit where
that damage is not reported to us within 48 hours of a customer accepting that
shipment. Damages must be reported within that period of time.
TheBathroomDepot.com is merely a reseller and does not
warranty any products, although most manufacturers warranty their products.
(All warranties will be honored by the respective manufacturer.) If the product
you received has manufacturing defects, contact us within 48 hours and we will
get the item replaced or fixed.
Custom Made Orders
Custom
made orders are exactly that. They are crafted to your taste and your liking
.Once crafted, they have no use in our warehouse. Therefore, once the custom
made orders are processed, we are unable to give any type of refund for this
order under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided
your order has not been shipped by either us or the manufacturer. Typically,
most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our customer service
representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise you
whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is
shipped by either us or the manufacturer the terms of our Returns policy will
take effect.
Wrong Products received
if you are shipped a different product than you ordered, please contacts us via
email or 1-888-954-2284 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will
provide an RGA number and instructions on how and where to ship they back. You
will be charged for the replacement order and credited in full upon receipt and
inspection of the original order. Or, you may choose to wait until we receive
the incorrect item and issue credit before placing the new order.

Defective Products
if the product you receive has manufacturing defects contact us at or call
1-888-954-2284 within 48 hours of receiving the product and
theBathroomDepot.com will replace the item. We will issue an RGA and give
instructions to ship back. Products returned as defective which are found not
to be defective are subject to a 25% handling charge. If the item is a
non-returnable item, no credit will be issued for the return of the product.
The customer will be responsible for shipping charges going back to the
customer.
